“Looks Good on Paper” – Collectible Audiobook Postcard – Signed
Why should paperback readers get to have all the fun and collect all the pretties? I created this fun line of collectible audiobook postcards for those of you who are avid listeners, like me! Each postcard integrates special elements from the story.
The front of this postcard pictures a landscape of the Campanian countryside, a region in Italy characterized by rolling, green hills. The story takes place in Ascobia, a small, fictional town of my creation which looks something like the place on the postcard. Ascobia sits on the border of the forest where Nico’s family has grown trees for its paper making operation for centuries. Nico’s mansion, as well as his family’s paper mill, is nestled in those forest hills.
The back of this postcard reads “Greetings from the charming town of Ascobia, Italy” and features a Leaning Tower of Pisa stamp, an homage to Zuri who has taken her dream trip to Italy to do sightseeing, among other things. It names L. Malaika Cooper as the always-on-point narrator and closes with a final wish: “May all your paper dreams come true.”
